Diets - Bikini Bootcamp

Good day to you.

Since it is summer, everyone is trying to get in shape for the bathing suit/bikini.
Including me.

This means: more exercise and watching what I eat. Sometimes, literally looking at it, and asking myself if I should eat it. Am I really hungry? What good will eating this do? Does it have good nutrients? Etc.

However, I have never, and don't plan on dieting. I hate that word: diet. It's so dumb. Why stick to a food plan when you can just have a change of lifestyle. I like the sound of that a lot more.

Lifestyle Change.

I have recently done this. As of... today.

So therefore, I am obviously an expert.

The lifestyle change I have taken on is called the "Bikini Bootcamp Plan". I am using Lauren Conrad's plan on her blog. Link below:

Basically, this is a way of living in order to get healthy and in shape (and ready for a bikini).

Now I am not fat, but I need to get in shape and lose a few pounds. Therefore, this is perfect for me.

I have gone through the meal ideas and snacks and love the ideas. It sounds like something I can do and the meals seem easy to play around with too. I like healthy foods, believe it or not. I feel better when I eat them than when I eat junk food. Plus it gives you a self esteem boost.

The exercise plan is a choice of yours. Not if you do it or not, but what exercise you do. And I love that. It gives you two exercises to do every day, morning and night, then a selection of exercise you pick from 6 out of 7 days a week. ONE REST DAY. That'll probably be my favorite day, and will probably be Saturday. Maybe Sunday. Not sure yet.

I am excited. This is going to be a good thing. For me now, and for the long run. I feel like I will get into the habbit of this lifestyle.

Maybe I can get my best friend on board. :)
